Like many other artists in New York City, I took on corporate jobs to pay the bills. Feeling starved for a creative outlet, I started an inspirational blog covering lifestyle, spirituality, entertainment, and events.
While building the blog, friends and colleagues would ask me to review their cover letters and résumés — not because I was trained to do so, but because I had an eye for the components of a great story: theme, story structure, and attractive style.
Then, one day, I was reviewing a résumé and had a brilliant idea. I would obtain top industry certifications and create a better way for business leaders and executives worldwide to leverage their career stories and build their personal brand, thus increasing their industry influence and compensation.
Today, I use my #careerglobalmethod of career branding to help business leaders and top-tier executives gain interviews and industry recognition twice as fast. Seeing their career growth has been more rewarding than any viral blog post.

A FEW BONUS FACTS....
If it's sweet I'll probably eat it. I battle my monster sweet tooth that tries to take over my life. I have the fillings to prove it.
I'm a Kung Fu master (in my head). I love Asian martial arts films with subtitles, and I'm convinced that it's never too late to be a Kung Fu master.
I'm a California girl at heart. I moved from San Francisco to New York City to pursue my theater acting career. Once I earned my bachelor's degree in theater arts, I realized I enjoyed writing more than acting. Go figure!
I believe laughter is the best stress reliever. I'm always in the mood for Instagram memes or a great movie. Tropic Thunder is one of my favs.
